Softsys hosting has been awesome! I spent the better part of a year looking for a reliable and responsive Windows host. They offer decent web packages at fair prices. The SmarterMail webmail is one of the best webmail applications I’ve seen offered. I’ve had my reseller account for more than 6 months and in that time I haven’t had any dire support needs, which is great! That means my sites have been up and running. Any support requests I did have were addressed quickly and competently. The recent addition of the user forum not only added creditability to their company but a great resource for users like me. SoftSys is great to work with, you get fairly fast customer service, reliable up time, and the ability to manage your SQL 2005 databases remotely using SQL Management Studio, which I have found not possible with competitors. I also really like the control panel for managing your sites.

When I was looking for as cheap as possible hosting, I was sure I will not get the features I want. I wanted top features for the time (Win 2008, ASP.NET 3.5, .NET 3.5 Service Pack 1, MUCH disk and MS SQL 2005 space, etc...). However, SoftSys gave me this and more. I was still worried about how support may look like. The guys in SoftSys are active all over forums and such so I thought it'll be OK, but when I actually tried the support myself, the guys really impressed me, both in response speed and cooperation in providing best options to go for. My website is still under construction, but I monitor the service frequently, and the uptime is mainly good as well. In brief, the guys truly understand all the needs one may want from a hosting service, and provide them all the best way possible.

I am Enrico Foschi and our project hosted on SoftSysHosting (Agglom.com - http://www.agglom.com) has been working greatly since March 2008. We have had few issues with some hours of downtime during .NET framework upgrades and HD changes, but by far this has been the best hosting company we have ever tried (and we tried a lot!). Agree on the uptime, 99.997 or more (if we don't consider the month that included updates, it would be near 100%). Support has been really great, fast and effective. We never needed to call the number as well as we knew we could get an answer in no more than 1 hour.

I am so happy to find this good ASP.NET web hosting site with very affordable price and excellent service. I wish I could have found them earlier, so I don't have to go through the griefs with other hosting companies. I wonder why they wasn't listed on most of the top 10 window web hosting companies for those hosting review sites. (Maybe the so-called top 10 paid the site??) I finally found Softsys hosting from asp.net fourm and decided to give a try since I don't see that many negative reviews and their price was right on my budget. I was very pleasently surprised by how fast they answered my quesitons and got my site up and running without any problems. Their web interface is very user friendly and their tech support knows what I am talking about(Not like Godaddy) and resolved my issues very quickly. After so many other bad experience from other web hosting sites, Softsys is a life saver to me! (I am still fighting to get my money back based on the 30 days guarantee from one of the hosting comany(Mochahost) that I signed up and cancelled because they had not sent me anything after 12 hours of waiting to setup the site after they got my money. (What a scam!!)). Again, I want to thank Softsys to end my weeks of web hosting searching nightmare. I heard that the golden rule for good web hosting evaluation is to review after 1 year? I moved my two sites to SoftSYShosting.com without any pain in just two hours. Firstly I moved old SQL Server 2005 DB to SQL Server 2008 and installed a custom application for CMS that I wrote myself. Just changed web.config file parameters and that's it. It was working without any problem. Then I installed WordPress and setup MySQL DB. And again, it was working just I wanted without any additional and "secret" fee! SoftSysHosting is just what I dreamed for a hosting company. All server settings are under your fingers and this one for a shared hosting. I can't imagine what it's going to be on a dedicated server. I guess it will be better service then your own "localhost".
